Q1: What is the e-Cashier Electronic Payment Plan?
A: This is a payment program that provides payment options for Pivot Point International Academy students. This is NOT a loan program, and there is no debt incurred and no credit search. There are no interest or finance charges assessed on the unpaid balance.
Q2: If payments are made electronically from my bank account or charged to my credit card, does Pivot Point International Academy or e-Cashier have direct access to my account?
A: No. This is a common misconception about electronic payments. No one other than you and your financial institution has access to your account. When you arrange to make an automatic payment, you authorize a specific payment amount to be paid by your bank or credit card company on a specific date.
Q3: When will monthly payments begin?
A: Monthly payments will be processed starting on the first payment date you select when you enroll for monthly payments via e-Cashier. Your payments will be processed on the fifth of each following month.
Q4: Can I pay the total contract amount in one payment?
A: Yes. You may pay the entire contract amount in one payment.
Q5: What happens if the payment date is on a weekend or holiday?
A: If the payment date falls on a weekend or banking holiday observed by the Federal Reserve, the payment will be attempted on the next business day. Although e-Cashier specifies the date each payment will occur it is the responsible party's financial institution that determines the time of day the payment is debited to the account.
Q6: What happens if a payment is returned?
A: If a payment is returned, you will receive an e-mail or letter from e-Cashier with instructions on how the returned payment will be handled. A $25 Returned Payment Fee will be assessed for each returned payment. If a returned payment fee is returned, it will be reattempted. e-Cashier Returned Payment Fees are subject to change in the future.

Q8. How can I pay my tuition in full online?
A. Go to e-Cashier and follow the directions.
Q9. How can I check my Payment Plan Balance?
A. Go to your MyFACTS Account.
Q10. My Payment Plan balance is Different than my Tuition Account Balance at Pivot Point International Academy. Why have my payments not been applied?
A. Payments are applied against your balance as soon as good funds are available from your financial institution. In some cases it can take up to 10 days for funds to be applied to your account balance.
