Student information is housed in two different areas. If you were enrolled and attended our campuses prior to 1990, your information is most likely held at our offsite storage area. This information will be requested for you through Student Records but has a delay period of at least 30 days.
If you attended our campuses after 1990, your information is most likely held in our computer database and will be sent to you within 10 days. If you have a balance due on your account, we will contact you to ask for payment prior to releasing your transcript.
A balance due account will delay the processing time. All payments are to be made in check, money order or credit card format. For check format, your transcript will be mailed once the check clears our accounts receivable department.
Please note: The first copy of a transcript is free. Each additional copy will be issued at $2.00 each.
