The event is taking place at the Staybridge Suites in Rosemont, IL, located minutes away from Chicago O’Hare Airport.

We have reserved a block of rooms at Staybridge Suites, where the event will occur. Upon registration, you will receive an email with a link to a bookings page with our special rate.

We recommend checking in on Sunday, September 22 and checking out Tuesday, September 24. If you will not be participating in Tuesday’s excursion and would like to travel home on Monday after the session, we recommend booking flights after 7 p.m. CST.

The hotel will provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport. Registrants will receive an email with details on accessing the shuttle.

Onsite registration will be open on Sunday, September 22, from 3-6 p.m., during which time you will receive your Welcome Bag. A Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday from 5-7 p.m. in the hotel’s bar area. 

Monday’s session will be from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST. 

The bus will pick up from the hotel at 10 a.m. CST on Tuesday, September 24. The boat ride will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., with lunch served. The bus will pick up from the dock at 2 p.m. to drop participants back off at the hotel. If you are participating in the excursion, we recommend booking flights on Tuesday after 4 p.m. CST.

You will have the option to bring your luggage on the bus to the boat. The bus will remain onsite during the boat tour to access your luggage. The bus will not drop off at the airport, so separate travel arrangements must be made.
